Photographing people is my greatest passion, and I have naturally brought this love beneath the surface. My underwater photography is a true collaboration with freedivers and swimmers. I work with professional athletes, World and Polish Championship medalists, instructors, and amateurs alike—anyone who simply loves the water and being submerged.
To capture these shots, I use a professional camera in a specialized underwater housing. I dive without scuba gear, on a single breath, just like the people I photograph. This allows us to easily communicate after every surfacing and share the experience of being underwater on one breath.
The photos in this collection were taken in open waters and at Deepspot—the deepest pool in Europe.
